Also tidied up the entrance. Had a look at the state of New Rift, someone (Andy Walsh?) continues to restabilise this, so work could soon recommence here. dave
2nd Feb – Tim Allen, Mick Nunwick Trip to drill shotholes in offending boulder where Crystal Inlet sinks in main passage. After looked at passage above the Mousehole. Muddy passage lead to boulder choke where ‘blackness’ could be glimpsed through the gaps. 9th Feb Tim Allen, Mick Nunwick, Geoff Yeadon, Robbie Shone, Jane Rigby. Returning to the above ‘blackness’.
